Late cancellations on meet bookings are a logistical nightmare for the Meet Coordinator. Make their job easier by making sure that if you book on a meet, you do so with the right intentions. Cancellations within two weeks of the meet may incur hut and transport costs at the Meet Steward & Meet Secretary’s discretion. Contact the meet coordinator about your plans as far in advance as possible.
Staying at the Coppermines Hut above Coniston Water. Walk the Old Man of Coniston (or leave him at home), scramble in the hills or mountain bike at ‘The North Face’ trail in Grizedale forest. Separate family room available. Your meet coordinator is TBA
A hut south of the Moelwyn Mountains, access to Cnich the Matterhorn of Wales. Excellent mulitpitch climbing only ten minutes walk from house. Your meet coordinator is TBA
We hope to run another of the successful Rock Training weekends. Based in Widecombe the course covers an introduction to skills required for climbing outdoors and a chance for the rest of us to brush up on our current skills. Accommadation is also available for those who just want to come down to Dartmoor for the bank holiday weekend. Your meet coordinator is Neil Jefferies
Climb the granite cliffs of Bosigran, Sennen and Chair – the Holy Trinity of Cornwall – walk the coast path or surf the waves, followed, of course, by Cornish cream tea. Come for just the bank holiday weekend or stay all week. Your meet coordinator is TBA

Based in the heart of the Newlands valley ideal for walking and mountain biking. A basic hut in superb location, with excellent crags not too far away. Your meet coordinator is Martin?
A chance to get warmed up for the hills from the Winter Wales at it’s best or catch a late Summer Moutaineering trip. Based in Ogwen valley we are staying at Caseg Fraith, the ULMC hut. Tryfan, Glyders and Carnedd all within walking distance from the hut. Your meet coordinator is TBA
A spacious hut in Seathwaite on the opposite side of Dow crag. Easy access to western fells Scrambling, mountain biking other options. Your meet coordinator is TBA
A fantastic hut with stunning view at the start of the Aran mountain range. Walking and climbing outside the door. Cader Idris not to far away. Although there is a small walk from the car the situation is well worth it. Good Christmas dinner meet. Meal Include in costing. Your meet coordinator is Gareth Jones
